Do you only rent to students? What is the breakdown of students/non-students?
We rent to anyone who meets our qualifications! Our community consists of roughly 40%-50% students.
Do you offer a meal plan?
We do not. However, each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen. We also have a demonstration kitchen in our community area available for residents to use!
Is there a grace period for rent?
Rent is due by the 1st and no later than the 5th of each month. Any payments made past the 5th will incur a late charge.
Do you pro-rate rent?
Although the lease term starts on August 15th, rent is not pro-rated for the partial month. However, residents that choose to renew their lease after the first year are able to stay in the same room without having to move all of their belongings!
What leasing options are available?
12 month leases as well as short term leases are available.
